It is our endeavor in the Town of Medley’s Code Enforcement Division to improve the safety, welfare, and quality of life for our citizens and businesses by enforcing applicable Florida State Statutes including the Florida Building Codes, Miami-Dade County Codes, and our various local ordinances. Common violations include: operating a business without a proper tax receipt as required, building without permits, zoning violations, fire hazards, prohibited signs, graffiti, overgrowth of weeds, unlawful dumping of trash & debris, abandoned vehicles, and unlawful parking or storage of trucks on our street’s right-of-way.
